A small team that loves the rope
conmeshray is run by VBProduction and based at Korunní 49 in Prague’s Vinohrady district. We run rope skipping classes for children, teenagers and adults, along with workshops for schools. For people who prefer to practise at home, we recommend an online course.
A skipping rope is one of the cheapest, most portable pieces of training kit there is. It builds coordination, rhythm and stamina, and it’s simply fun. Our job is to take the guesswork out of learning it.

What we offer

- Online course: for practice at home we recommend the Skipping Skills online course, which works on any device with an internet connection.
