Exercise safely
- Rope skipping is a high-impact activity. If you have a heart, joint, bone or other health condition, are pregnant, or haven’t exercised for a while, check with your doctor first.
- Warm up before you start, skip on a forgiving surface, wear supportive shoes and make sure you have enough space around you.
- Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
- Children should practise under adult supervision.

Progress varies from person to person and depends on practice, fitness and many other factors. We do not promise any particular result.
